I. General Introduction
4FV series cooling compressor for transportation purpose is the newly-developed environment-protected product of Guangzhou Kingbo Cooling
Equipment Co., Ltd. It has such advantages as nice appearance, compact structure, light weight, big refrigeration capacity, and efficient energy
saving, safe and reliable operation and so on. It can be used for automobile air-conditioners as well as other cooling equipments.
● V-shaped 4-cylinder compressor with compact structure;
● Four compressors of different piston displacements have the same outline and mounting size, and the max. ideal theoretical piston
displacement reaches 657cc;
● High cooling efficiency;
● Drive of electromagnetic clutch, strap wheel and other forms can be adopted;
● Wide rev range, from 500～3000r/min; and
● Refrigerant of R134a and R404A.
In addition, the 6FW710, 6FW840, 6FW970 etc of 6FW series have been launched successively and will meet the wide demand of the market.
II. Structure Brief
1）Body
● Full aluminum type casing;
● Fin design beneficial to heat radiation for the compressor; and
● Mounting size the same as that of FK40 of Germany BOCK Company.
2）Operating Parts
● Crank shaft toughened and applying to operate at high load is adopted; and
● Dual column roller bearing that is applicable for high-speed rotation and has long service life is adopted.
3）Valve Plate
● The valve plate is made of the reliable and impact-endurable imported alloy plate steel; and
● The optimal airflow passage and airflow section area available can make the working valve to the best state.
4）Oil Pump
● The oil pump with inner joggling rotor is adopted, thus, oil supply of positive or reverse turning can be normal; and
● Oil pressure control valve is in-built so as to ensure the stable oil pressure.
5）Shaft Seal
The shaft seal is well designed so as to reduce leakage to the greatest extent.
6）Safety Valve
● Inbuilt safety valve can ensure the safe operation of the compressor.
7）The mounting position of the air intake and exhaust value is subject to the actual demand.
8）Environment Protection
● Environment-protected working medium adopted;
● 2L lubricant compaction rate; and
● No paint needed, for the surface treated specially.
