This vertical flip-up turnstile, designed specifically for gym and fitness center access control systems, combines a minimalist design with stable and secure performance. The transparent acrylic flip-up provides a wide visual effect while effectively preventing tailgating. Its low-noise, fast opening makes it ideal for gyms, yoga clubs, and other fitness facilities with high member traffic.

Delay Auto-close Function Adjustable

Customizable auto-closing delay timer from 0.5s to 10s after each valid access. Longer delay setting is available for users carrying large fitness equipment or disabled visitors to pass leisurely without wing sudden clamping.

Abnormal Alarm Prompt Function

Triggers sound & indicator light warning under abnormal status such as forced prying, man-made damage or stuck flap faults; real-time abnormal feedback helps managers discover and fix equipment failure timely to avoid access paralysis during gym peak hours.

Offline Standalone Working Mode

A: Yes. Our JT315 turnstile supports facial recognition, NFC wristband, IC membership card and QR code access modes, compatible with most mainstream gym management software on the market. We provide free communication protocol docking guidance to connect your original member system without replacing your existing management equipment.

2.Q: Is the gate safe for kids and the elderly when passing? Will it clamp people accidentally?

A: Equipped with multi-point infrared anti-pinch + obstacle auto-rebound function. Once the flap touches human body during closing, it will retract immediately to avoid pinching injuries. Besides, we can adjust auto-close delay time for slow-moving seniors and children to pass safely.

3.Q: The gym shower area is humid, will the cabinet get rust easily?

A: Standard cabinet is SUS304 brushed stainless steel for daily dry gym area; optional SUS316 anti-corrosion stainless steel upgrade is specially customized for humid shower & sauna surroundings, effectively resisting sweat and moisture corrosion to extend service life.

4.Q: What happens if power cuts off suddenly during gym business hours?

A: When power fails, all flaps will automatically open fully to keep passage unblocked, meeting fire evacuation standards. Optional backup UPS power supply can keep the whole gate working for 3-6 hours for unexpected power outage at peak workout time.

5.Q: Can I adjust passage width to fit members with wheelchairs or big sports bags?

A: Standard single lane width is 550-600mm, customized widened channel up to 900mm is available. The widened aisle is friendly for wheelchair users and customers carrying large yoga mats, dumbbells and other bulky fitness equipment.
